Lymph Drainage Therapy*
Lymphatic drainage or manual lymph drainage, is a technique used when there is fluid accumulation in the body. This can occur following surgery, liposuction, plastic surgery, or after a long flight. It boosts the immune system. It speeds up your body’s own natural detoxification process. It is especially great for jet-setters who get swelling in their legs, ankles or puffiness in the face due to flying.

CranioSacral Therapy*
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a subtle and gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and en

hancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the CranioSacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
A soft touch is used, generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel.  The practitioner will release restrictions in the CranioSacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.

By complementing the body's natural healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive
health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of
medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.

Cupping*
Beneficial to increase circulation, remove toxins and improve tissue pliability. Cupping can sometimes initiate an inflammatory response—like when you cut yourself.  As part of the repair process, new and stronger collagen fibers are laid down to create stronger more pliable tissues. Cupping is typically integrated with other techniques to increase mobility.

Myofascial Release*
A safe and very effective hands-on technique which involves the application of gentle sustained pressure to eliminate pain and restore motion. Often integrated with other modalities.

Hot Stone Massage*
Basalt stones are heated and incorporated into the session to soften the muscles and soothe your bones.  Hot Stone Massage is one of the most relaxing modalities.  The heat from the stones melts away stagnant energy and tension.  Your therapist will know if the stones need to be moving or placed, both are refreshing.
Choose between a 90 or 120 minute session.

Feet Treat*
This 60 minute treatment is a blend of Reflexology, massage, stretching and manipulation of the bones in the feet & ankles.  It ends with a foot scrub and a smile on your face.  Your feet will love you!!!!

Aromatherapy*
Essential Oils are used to enhance your therapeutic experience.  Each oil has its own characteristic essence.  The health benefits and unique aromatic compounds are an alternative approach to  support health and well-being.  Please discuss with the therapist your options.

*Additional fee for modality.  Please consult with your therapist.
