Yoga Physical Therapy (PT)
The instructor, Lynn Fischer is a Physical Therapist. Learn techniques that will keep your body moving with ease. The focus is on alignment, breath, balance, strength, flexibility and mobility. No yoga experience necessary.

Yoga for Pelvic Pain
A variety of pelvic conditions will be addressed. During class you will learn interventions and how to create a home program. Instruction includes therapeutic exercise and neuromuscular re-education techniques that focus on your specific complaint. No experience necessary.

Yin Yoga 
A slow-paced style of yoga where relaxing postures are held for longer periods while you focus on alignment and specific body parts.  Yin Yoga reaches deep into the fascia and connective tissues.  During this meditative experience you find your edge, be still and hold, then gently release.  The physical postures of Yin are said to improve health and wellbeing.  A wonderful opportunity to release deeply held tension in the mind and body.  

Restorative Yoga Massage 
Summer Solstice Pajama Party
(90 minute class $35 early registration....June 21st  @ 7pm)
Give your body the gift of relaxation and rejuvenation. The practice of Restorative Yoga is combined with massage and Thai massage techniques to help you to experience ultimate relaxation. No experience necessary.  Please wear loose comfortable clothing.  The class size is limited so please register early to save your space.

Slow Flow Yoga
A gentle fitness-based (Vinyasa style flow) approach to yoga. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with mindful flow as you move through a series of movements that are linked together to open and realign your spine. Build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. No experience necessary. All levels welcome.

Private Yoga Session
Your own personal 60 minute, one-on-one therapy session to help you understand your body and its abilities. Designed to improve your knowledge, understanding and confidence when you attend a group class or, practice on your own. $75
