Yin Yoga
A slow-paced style of yoga where relaxing postures are held for longer periods while you focus on alignment and specific body parts.  Yin Yoga reaches deep into the fascia and connective tissues.  During this meditative experience you find your edge, be still and hold, then gently release.  The physical postures of Yin are said to improve health and wellbeing.  A wonderful opportunity to release deeply held tension in the mind and body.

Restorative Yoga
Give your body the gift of relaxation and rejuvenation. The practice of Restorative Yoga combines stretching, breathing and mindfulness meditation skills to experience ultimate relaxation. Restorative yoga is intended to take the mindfulness that is found in all disciplines of yoga to the next level. It’s still and slow, and is at much (or more) about the mind as it is the body. No experience necessary.

Slow Flow
A gentle fitness-based (Vinyasa style flow) approach to yoga. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with mindful flow as you move through a series of movements that are linked together to open and realign your spine. Build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. No experience necessary. All levels welcome.

Yoga Foundations
A class for beginners, or those who want to learn more of the "basics" of alignment, breath and mindfulness.  No experience necessary.

Warm Yoga Flow
A fitness-based (Vinyasa style flow) approach to yoga in temperatures ranging between 75-80 degrees.  A great way to warm your body deep to the core.  Beat SAD (seasonal affective disorder)!!!  Instead of curling up into a ball on your couch, motivate yourself to come to class.  Studies have shown people with SAD who exercise are more likely to feel better about the "winter blues".
