Yoga Physical Therapy (PT)
The instructor, Lynn Fischer is a Physical Therapist. Learn techniques that will keep your body moving with ease. The focus is on alignment, breath, balance, strength, flexibility and mobility. No yoga experience necessary.

Yoga for Pelvic Pain
A variety of pelvic conditions will be addressed. During class you will learn interventions and how to create a home program. Instruction includes therapeutic exercise and neuromuscular re-education techniques that focus on your specific complaint. No experience necessary.

Yin Yoga 
A slow-paced style of yoga where relaxing postures are held for longer periods while you focus on alignment and specific body parts.  Yin Yoga reaches deep into the fascia and connective tissues.  During this meditative experience you find your edge, be still and hold, then gently release.  The physical postures of Yin are said to improve health and wellbeing.  A wonderful opportunity to release deeply held tension in the mind and body.  

Restorative Yoga Massage
Give your body the gift of relaxation and rejuvenation. The practice of Restorative Yoga is combined with massage and Thai massage techniques to help you to experience ultimate relaxation. No experience necessary.

Slow Flow
A gentle fitness-based (Vinyasa style flow) approach to yoga. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with mindful flow as you move through a series of movements that are linked together to open and realign your spine. Build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. No experience necessary. All levels welcome.

Yoga Foundations
A class for beginners, or those who want to learn more of the "basics" of alignment, breath and mindfulness.  No experience necessary.

Kids Yoga
A fitness-based approach to yoga.  Making mindfulness and yoga fun. Have fun while building strength, flexibility and concentration and calming the mind. No experience necessary. All levels welcome.
There will be TWO separate 6 week series.  Register for one class, one 6 week series, or both series.

Family Yoga

Slow Flow Yin
Applying the aspects of yin to move mindfully through a slow flow vinyasa practice.  Cultivate loving awareness of your SELF and how you feel in the postures. This is a balanced practice that challenges and restores.

Buti Yoga
A blend of aerobics, yoga, tribal dance, conditioning and deep abdominal toning.  High energy class!  

Private Yoga Session
Your own personal 60 minute, one-on-one therapy session to help you understand your body and its abilities. Designed to improve your knowledge, understanding and confidence when you attend a group class or, practice on your own.
